Kaley Norris, DO As a pediatrician at Sanitas, I give my patients undivided attention and explanations of diagnosis and treatment plans rather than quick "in and out" visits. It's important that I make sure all patients' questions are answered. A good day at work for me means not only providing good quality of care, but also educating parents and patients on the "why." Plus, it's always enjoyable seeing my young patients. Raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, I went to college in Ohio and medical school in Kentucky. The science of medicine is fascinating, but I'm also interested in how the body, mind and soul are all interconnected. I came to Memphis for pediatric training and liked it so much I decided to stay.
