My best days are when I’ve genuinely connected with a patient who has previously felt unseen, or I’ve learned a new fact that will improve my medical acumen and the way I care for my patients. Born and raised in Virginia, I’ve lived many places, including Charlotte, NC, Nashville, and California. I moved to Memphis to attend medical school, and this is where I’ve put down roots. The combination of nerdiness and making people feel better renders medicine the perfect career for me. I consider it an honor to hold space for others in their most vulnerable moments.
